GIS South America looks forward to fill in an open position as: Sales Support of Account Manager for the German market. The specifications of the job are as follow:
Sales Support of Account Manager Profile
The Account Manager is a sales representative that will deal with the selling and buying of the goods and services we provide to our customers. The Account Manager will work horizontally with the rest of his colleagues on similar positions and will be under the supervision and coaching of the local Office Manager and the highest customer accounts representatives (Key Account Managers), located in Europe.
The Account Manager is the face of GIS in the eyes of his/her customer. He/she will be responsible for:
- Results (Order intake & Profit)
- Communication (oral/written) between GIS and the customer
- Administrative work (Data processing, creation of official documents, etc.)
The Account Manager is, also, the purchaser for every order sent, which implies:
- Looking for/negotiating the best prices and conditions in the market (Sourcing)
- Raising Purchase Orders and sending them to the best vendors
- Making an overview of the whole purchasing cycle
The Sales Support of Account Manager will help in the performance of all these tasks, covering data entry needs.
Skills required:
German – Advanced level, written/oral
English – Advanced level, written/oral
Excellent communication skills
Basic negotiation skills
Knowledge of IT tools
